Here’s the deal:

We’re currently looking to add new staff members to our soon-to-be-opening OTR location. We are hiring for the following positions:

• Front of House / Support Staff (bartenders, food runners, bussers)

• Back of House (dishwashers, prep cooks, line cooks)

The right person is driven with a positive attitude, takes pride in their work, thrives in a team environment, and loves barbecue. Working well with others, being task-motivated, and taking direction well are essential to these roles.

We specialize in creating small batch barbecue and homemade sides that you can be proud of. We also commit ourselves to hospitality, wanting everyone who walks through the doors to feel welcome and comfortable, as if they were in their own home. Being passionate about the work we do and what we create is a must.

Experience is preferred, but not a deal-breaker. We’ll happily teach you the ways of our barbecue and share how we like to provide hospitality, all in a supportive environment.

Now let’s get down to the particulars…

• Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

• Hours: 35-40 per week (Full-Time) / Part-Time hours to be determined based on your availability

• Salary: Hourly wages dependent on position & experience. Every team member will be included in the tip pool, from bartenders to dishwashers; our intention behind this is so everyone receives an attractive take home pay.
