We take a lot of pride in our barbecue. We believe that good barbecue takes time, patience, and passion. It’s not pretentious and it’s not rushed. Smoking meat is a delicious art, and one that we gladly practice every single day.

Respect the Ingredient

Our meats are locally-sourced and high quality; our briskets are prime, our proprietary sausage recipe is created in-house at local legends Avril-Bleh & Sons. It’s critical that we respect the ingredient, minimize waste, and always let the premium flavor of the meat shine through.

Never Compromise Freshness

We have built Bee’s Barbecue on a firm stance that fresh is best, and yes, sometimes that means that we run out. While we absolutely hate to turn people away because the day’s cook has sold out, we would much rather serve our customers the best, freshest product than last week’s barbecue.

Use Locally-Sourced Wood

The wood we use to smoke is the cornerstone of our barbecue. Our wood is locally sourced; this allows us to represent our spot in the world. Rubs are great for seasoning and sauces can enhance the taste, but we do not rely on either for the foundation of our flavor.
